Grow group Bendigo
Grow is a community organisation that has a peer-approach program for improving and maintaining mental wellbeing. It has recently started a group in Bendigo. They meet each Tuesday 7-8pm at the address: 8 Olinda Street Bendigo.

The YMCA runs a great variety of fitness groups, from swimming and boxing to gentler fitness activities like bushwalking and their very popular Heartmoves program which is run right here in our own building.
